GNG: Downfall of the Wolf Empire Second Omnibus and Specials

So I got my hands on two very rare editions of Ginga Nagareboshi Gin that involve the Hakkenshi Arc / Wolf Arc. This topic is about the Second Omnibus, The Downfall of the Wolf Empire Edition. The Japanese is "八犬士総集編 2 - 狼帝国の崩壊編" (Hakkenshi Sôshûhen 2 - Ôkami Teikoku no Hôkai hen). The omnibus is massive, with tons of exclusives inside. Once I have collected all the information I need from the omnibus to translate the specials and scan them as a scanlation that people can download with English text, I will be selling them off.
The Omnibus' Selection of the Hakkenshi Arc
The omnibus is 456 pages long, and starts in the middle of the chapter of volume 9 (in third edition), "帝国よりの誘いの巻" "An Invitation from the Empire" and ends at the series' finale.
The Downfall of the Wolf Empire is not the complete set of the Hakkenshi Arc; it is the second part of a two-part omnibus selection, the end of the seven omnibus collection for the entire series (thanks to Red Skyfang for this information). This omnibus opens to two never before seen chapter images with new titles. The first one is an Image of Retsuga looking huge over Ohu's cast. The text here is advertising the omnibus. This may be unreleased art since I don't know if anyone's ever seen it before.
After this page is another title with a new chapter: "脅威千竜牙の巻" / The Threat of Thousand Dragon's Fangs." This chapter image is of Gin falling down a chasm, with a shadowed wolf watching above. If anyone has seen this picture before, please share, because no one else recognizes it and it seems to be unreleased art. The picture will be shown below with the others. The chapter starts right between, if counting the third edition of GNG, pages 197 and 198, because it begins right where Mugen and the Makai Juuninshuu (魔界十人衆) are about to face off with the New Hakkenshi (新生八犬士), with Mugen laughing and Gin and Hyouma growling.
Exclusives and Other Special Content
In this thread, I will be showing pictures I took of the omnibus' special content, plus some double-page spreads. The original seller had told me that the book had been in a humid environment, which has made the pages bend easily, without any real damage. I have pressed the book to straighten it out and help prevent it from doing that.
You may share these pictures on other sites, but please give a link to our website if you do and do not claim them as your own, so people can eventually see the scanned versions with fully translated content.

The Downfall of the Wolf Empire is a massive, massive book. On the front cover are billions of advertising texts that are describing different content inside the book, what it's about, and the value of it. It mentions the "specially made telephone card gift" inside, that it is an "extra large special edition volume from March", and that, "bound inside the appendix are a specially illustrated poster (with autograph) and two ultra-rare postcards." The summaries given are "The loving, passionate saga about fighting dogs!!" and "At last, the full story of the Underground Empire is brought to light! Crush the wicked fangs of Emperor Gaia!!"
The spine says the same as the front cover titles, repeating that it is a Hakkenshi Arc Omnibus and it's edition name. Home-Sha / Home Inc. is the company that published the omnibus.
To the tiny white strip on the leftmost side by the spine is the released date of the omnibus: March 1st, 2003. The back cover advertises three new releases: the new Jump Comics Selection first volume of Ginga Nagareboshi Gin that holds ten volumes, the third edition of Kacchuu no Senshi Gamu / The Armored Warrior, Gamu, and the Ginga Nagareboshi Gin Complete Handbook/Guidebook/Reference Book. The center art of Akakabuto and Ohu advertises, "The monumental work of fighting dog manga that is drawn by the Master - Yoshihiro Takahashi!!" and below Ohu says, "Now this gem of a production has been revived!!" It credits Kacchuu no Senshi Gamu as continuing the traditional flow of Ginga in a new 'ninja dog story'; the Ginga Nagareboshi Gin Guidebook is also named as "銀牙聖犬伝説" (Ginga Seiinu Densetsu) "Silver Fang Sacred Dog Legend." The black circle with yellow text contains the publishing and sales release info from Home-Sha and Shueisha, and lets the reader know that you can now purchase their books online at the link given.

This opening page is just after the poster and postcards (which are to its right). It announces that it is the second omnibus in the Hakkenshi Arc, with it's original title: "The Downfall of the Wolf Empire." The text below reads, "The new Hakkenshi, reborn! Shatter the ambition of the formidable Wolf Empire and build a new legacy!"

The exclusive chapter, "The Threat of Thousand Dragon's Fangs" is behind the opening character profiles and the two summaries of the series, the Akakbuto Arc and Hakkenshi Arc, respectively.
Very first story page
Right behind the chapter title is the first page of the story, which is page 198 in the third edition and ninth volume in the regular manga. To the right is a column of text that is letting us know where we left off and what's now happening. "Standing to block the way are the wicked fangs of the Empire, the Makai Juuninshuu! Eliminate them, New Hakkenshi!"

The table of contents come with information on the chapters, special content, and below, a "Subscriber's Survey" with a sheet of questions for the reader to answer, then mail in. I believe it is to win the telephone card, and that it is saying the first 100 readers who do the survey will win the telephone card. I will read this more thoroughly when I do these pages for actual scanlations, but that would explain why these cards are incredibly rare and why mine is missing despite all the other content being intact.
The index of chapters are titles used originally in the Hakkenshi Arc in volume 10, though the chapters in the omnibus are around 90 to 130 pages each. The table above the Information bar reads:
