Categories:☼ CompleteThis is already done by us. Sometimes with older projects we reboot them to maintain the current quality and wipe out outdated typesetting or older translations. ☼ Currently Being DoneThis is already a series we're working on, so expect updates and releases! Because we switch projects every now and then so we can keep circulating new content instead of focusing on a single story, current projects usually wait a few weeks for the next chapter, but they are still considered a priority project, meaning we have made it a goal to work on them alongside the other priorities or try to finish it within a month or so, depending on the length of the project and how much time and staff we have available. ☼ Already Owned / Waiting in Line to be Done / EventuallyThis is for series or stories we already have in our selection, but we are currently working on other projects and don't have the time or manpower to take down another series. Don't worry, we have a whole queue set up of future stories to work on so we're prepared to get to them once we finish other projects or we have the time to translate an additional project. Please keep in mind that we usually work on three or four different projects at a time and switch between them, so we don't want to bite off more than we can chew and be unable to work as efficiently with too much projects at a time. ☼ Not Going to be DoneEither because it's an unpopular series, is in low demand, or the staff do not want to personally have to put money and time into it. Usually it's because the story itself isn't interesting to the majority of the fandom. ☼ MaybeDepending on available resources, staff, and time, these may or may not be done by us. Don't expect much updates on these but don't consider them lost causes. ☼ UnknownFor any obscure, rare, or impossible to find stories that we have barely any info on. If I seem to have forgotten any stories, please let me know!

Already Owned / Waiting in Line to be Done / EventuallyGinga Densetsu Weed / Silver Fang Legacy Weed (銀牙伝説 ウィード)Sequel to Ginga Nagareboshi Gin, predecessor to Ginga Densetsu Weed: Orion. We will be doing this series once Ginga Nagareboshi Gin is finished. Ginga Densetsu Weed: Orion / Silver Fang Legacy Weed: Orion (銀牙伝説ウィードオリオン)The sequel to Ginga Densetsu Weed, focusing on his three sons, Orion, Sirius and Rigel, against new enemies who wish to annihilate the bloodlines of Ouu. Ginga Densetsu: Anju to Jiroumaru / Silver Fang Legacy: Anju and Jiroumaru (銀牙伝説 杏樹と次郎丸)A short story based on the forgotten Ginga family, most notably the children of Yuki (a granddaughter of Riki), and their tragic and heartwarming tale of living with the little girl Anju, her grandfather, and the different life events that take place with all of them. Ginga Densetsu Weed Meishoubu Retsuden / Ginga Densetsu Weed Famous Battles Biographies / (銀牙伝説ウィード - 名勝負列伝) A databook of Ginga Legend Weed. It is a collection of the different characters, their different battles, their fighting style or techniques, and their battle stats. Ginga Nagareboshi Gin - Shin Gaiden / Silver Fang Shooting Star Gin - Shin Side Stories (銀牙流れ星銀 真外伝)A collection of side stories involving some Ouu characters and new characters along the way. Ginga no Inutachi / Silver Fang Dogs (銀牙の犬たち) - This includes "Collar - A Boy and His Dog (首輪-少年と犬)," "The Teacher's Dog (先生の犬)," "Itouka (Lead): A Boy and a Dog (糸岡 (リード) - 青年と犬)," "Dog of Flames (炎の犬)," "The Old Woman's Dog (おばあさんの犬)," "Amigo [the] Dog (アミーゴ · 犬)," and "the White Mountain Dog (白い山犬)." Please note that Yoshi did NOT make these stories, he only illustrated them. The real author is Akira Itou, same author of FANG. Ginga Sei Inu Densetsu / Silver Fang Sacred Dog Legacy (銀牙聖犬伝説) Incorrectly known just as the 'Meteor Gin guide,' this is a databook of Ginga Nagareboshi Gin, involving a bunch of character profiles, chapter summaries, activities and trivia. Kiba Ou / King Fang (銀王)A three-volume story written by Kyuuta Ishikawa. A story Yoshi says inspired him. It follows the life of a wolfdog named Kiba. We own all three volumes. Lassie (ラッシー)A male collie named Lassie who is desperately trying to reunite with his owner. Along the way, Lassie meets other dogs and helps them out. My Dog, my Weed / (ぼくの犬僕のウィード)Revenger (リベンジャー)Revenger was a story made in 1978, one year before The Tosa King. It is a Western with a young kid named Bronco and an old cowboy named Rory Stiles. Both of them are after a gang of outlaws for the same reason: to get revenge. It's short, bizarre, and fun, so we will be doing it. Rou Ou / The Old King (老王)This story was published in 1981. It focuses on another fighting dog veteran and his owner, this time fighting against an underhanded dog fighter who uses his Tosa to attack the main protagonist's sister. Rouou and his owner are going to get back at him for it and for his disrespect to the dog fighting rules and culture. Tosa Ou / The Tosa King (土佐王)
Published 1977-81 individually, Tosa King contains four short stories. The first one, Tosa King, involves a brief story about the titular character, Tosaou (his name and the title can translate to 'the Tosa King'. Tosaou is a veteran fighting dog based in the same time and universe as Yamato.

Not Going to be DoneGenkotsu Boy / Fist Boy (げんこつボーイ)Also known as “Genkotsu Boy,” this story was published in 1974. It is four volumes long and the approximate length is similar to Byakuren no Fangu’s. The story is about a young main training in the martial arts. “Genkotsu (げんこつ)” means “clenched fist / knuckle.” “Boy (ボーイ) is in katakana. Akutare Kyojin / Wild Giants (悪たれ巨人)Incorrectly called “Rowdyism Giants” on wikis. This story was published in 1976. The story ran for 22 volumes for the first edition (it is unknown if there was a second and third edition; I’m guessing so due to some updated art styles on some of the volumes). The story is about a boy, the Daisuke-clone (the Japanese summary calls him Akira Murase), and his baseball team, the Giants. They are trying to make it to the big leagues. They encounter several other teams, one with a prominent Kosuke clone on the opposing side. In the title, “Giants” is added in katakana (ジャイアンツ) and in English on the covers. “Akutare (悪たれ)” can mean “rowdy / wild / unruly,” and “kyojin (巨人)” means “giant.” Aozora Fishing / Blue Sky Fishing (青空フィッシング)Known as “Aozora Fishing” on wikis, although this may be correct, since “Aozora” may mean a village that the story takes place in. This story is... well... about fishing, with the main characters being two boys. Don’t let the spotted puppy fool you - this isn’t a dog story. According to a Japanese reader (second link given below), it didn’t do well, because it only has five volumes, and never was able to be finished. “Aozora (青空)” means “blue sky,” and “fishing (フィッシング)” is done in katakana. The story was published in 1982 and supposed to be the next big hit after Shiroi Senshi Yamato, but failed. Shou to Daichi / Shou and Daichi (翔と大地) Published in 1983, this story is known as “Sho to Daichi” on wikis. The series lasted only three volumes. Peewee explained that it is a story about a young man who is inspired to become a boxer when he sees a dog fighting tournament. Peewee sold the stories because they were very dull. The dogs that inspired the young boy (either named Shou or Daichi) do not play a big part in the story. There is a possibility that Daichi (大地) may mean "the earth," but that makes less sense, considering the context of the story. Image belongs to this site here.
Drunk! Hatenkou Gorufu Densetsu / Drunk! Unprecedented Golf Legend (どらんく! 破天荒ゴルフ伝説)Released in 2002, this story seems to only be a single volume. It is a golf story with - you guessed it - alcohol. Taishi - Harukanarudou / Ambition - The Far-Off Road (大志-遥かなる道)Written in 2001, this is not a story by Yoshihiro Takahashi. The writer was Nobuhiro Sakata. Yoshihiro was one of the artists, along with a man named Takii Toshiki. It is a three volume story about a man and his love of golf. The title can also be translated as “Ambition - A Long Way Off.” Unsurprisingly, we will not be doing this story. Kotou no Boukensha / Solitary Island of Adventurers (孤島の冒険者)Known as “Kotou no Boukensha” on wikis, this story is about two boys who get stranded on a deserted island. Peewee has sold it because the story was not very interesting. It was written in 1995, and has at least three volumes. There is a puppy in the story (a Zero clone) who doesn’t do much besides tag along with the brothers. The English titles below the Japanese ones read “Survival in the Solitary Island.” This is incorrect, as “冒険者 (boukensha)” means “adventurer,” not “survival.” “Kotou (孤島)” means “solitary island.” You can find the RAWs of the first volume here. You can find the RAWs of the second volume here. You can find the RAWs of the third volume here. Kyouko no Shura / Kyouko’s Fight Scene (恭子の修羅)Written by Yoshihiro Takahashi and Kazuya Kudo, this 2 volume series was written in 1995 and 1996. There is little to no information about this, but it can be easily guessed that is has to do with nice sleek cars. Kandou Retsuden (2) / Biographies of a Passionate King (感動王列伝)This story has little to no information available online, but it is known as “Kandou Retsuden 2” on wikis. Supposedly it is a collection of interviews, biographies, and information on several authors, with the first and third volume done by other authors. Yoshihiro Takahashi illustrated the second volume, which contains two stories: Alps Yamagoya Monogatari: Itou Shouichi to 'sanzoku'-tachi no 50-nen" (アルプス山小屋物語: 伊藤 正一と山賊たちの50年) and Michiba Rokusaburou Monogatari / Rokusaburou Michiba's Story (道場 六三郎物語). Yasuo Negishi is the man who collected the information and interviews for the volume. Ichigeki / Punch (一撃)This story was only illustrated by Yoshihiro, the actual author is a man named Taki Naoki. The series is two volumes, and was published in 1999. The story is about a man and martial arts. The title, “一撃 (Ichigeki)” means “a hard hit, a heavy blow.” Shitamachi Benkei / Downtown Strongman (下町弁慶)Known as “Shitamachi Benkei” on wikis, this was a short story in Fist Boy. It was published in 1971. Image belongs to the Ginga Wikia. Itoshi no Dino / Beloved Dino (愛しのディーノ)This is a short story included in Kacchuu no Senshi Gamu's first edition's second volume. It is a story about racecars. Peewee has the story and says it's very boring. It was published in 1988. Nagare Ashi (流れ挙士) (Title to be fixed soon)This is a story about a ninja fighting for his honor. Lots of fighting. Peewee let us know it wasn't very interesting so we haven't done it. The title is pure nonsense, so we will have Peewee scan the title image so we can see it for ourselves. This was a short story in A Man's Journey (Otoko no Tabidachi) and was published in 1981. There is absolutely no information or images of this story online. Black Cobra (ブラック コブラ)This was a short story that came in the Amakakeru Toki third volume. It was published in 1992. I have the volume and can safely say it is very boring.
Great Horse (グレートホース) Namonaki Inu no Uta / Poem of a Nameless Dog (名も無き犬の詩)Through personal preference, we will not be spending our time on this story. It is a very short story published in 2011 with approximately 20 pages.

MaybeA Man's Journey / Otoko no Tabidachi (男の旅立ち) One of Yoshi's unknown stories involving two boys. Unlike the other stories, it seems to have more action, and Peewee recommended it. It includes ghosts, a tiger who protects the boys, natives, and seems like it might be some fun! There are six volumes, and it was published in 1981. All of the Ginga ‘Hens’ (Compilations / Editions)There are several thicker versions of Ginga Densetsu Weed with special titles such as “Gajō no Kettō Hen (牙城の血闘編)” and “Special Senshi no Shōmei Hen (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル 戦士の証明編).” These are not special or original side stories like in the Gaidens, mainly these are compilations of the previous chapters and volumes of GDW, meaning they are much thicker volumes and given scene/arc names. Sometimes they have special little goodies in them, like unique volume covers or character profiles and summaries inside. We always love to add the different covers to our collection even though the actual content inside is just a certain selection of already existing chapters of the series. “Silver Fang Legacy Weed Special Edition (銀牙伝説ウィード特別版)” is a volume that added Ginga Densetsu Riki to the end of the GDW compilation. “Silver Fang Legacy Weed: Journey Compilation (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル 旅立ち編)” “Silver Fang Legacy Weed Special: Proven Warrior Compilation (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル 戦士の証明編)” “Silver Fang Legacy Weed Special: Responsibility of the Dog Army Compilation (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル 犬族の務め編)” “Silver Fang Legacy Weed Special: Soldier’s Promise Compilation (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル 男の約束編)” “Silver Fang Legacy Weed Special: One-on-One Battle Compilation (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル タイマン勝負編)” “Silver Fang Legacy Weed Special: Leader’s Caliber Compilation (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル 大将の器編)” “Silver Fang Legacy Weed Special: Showdown Between Dogs Compilation (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル 同種対決編)” “Silver Fang Legacy Weed Special: Inheritor of the Fang” (銀牙伝説ウィードスペシャル 受け継がれし牙編)” FANGThis is NOT a story by Yoshihiro Takahashi - he is only the artist for it. The author is Akira Itou. We may or may not work on this one, there's mixed feelings about it among the staff. It has two volumes and was first published in 1998. It’s title of “FANG” is in English.

UnknownJaguar (ジャガー)There is little to no information on this aside from this cover image found by nawulf. The story was published in a Jump magazine 'Spring Special.' Jaguar's name is the green and blue katakana below the white dog, and next to it in small red text is Yoshihiro Takahashi's name, confirming it is illustrated/written by him. Image saved by nawulf. [/font] There is absolutely no online information given on this story; the only way we know the wiki isn't making any of it up is that my GDW art book lists it as an original story by Yoshi. Since it seems virtually nonexistent, we won't be spending our time searching for it. Supposedly it was published in 1972. Image saved by nawulf. Abare Jirou! / Violent Jirou (あばれ次郎)There is absolutely no online information given on this story; the only way we know the wiki isn't making any of it up is that my GDW art book lists it as an original story by Yoshi. Since it seems virtually nonexistent, we won't be spending our time searching for it. Supposedly it was published in 1973. Where does The Last Wars fit into this? Like, I know there's a thread for it, but is there going to be an official typeset/translated edition at some point? Just wondering.

M-92 Mantis might be able to answer for sure, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I think we were kind of at a "maybe, far in the future." Since we are doing Ginga in order, TLW would not come until about 90 vols of GDW and GDWO combined, so... I'm not sure it's 100% answer-able, at this time. It really depends on where we stand in that future time.

Any hope on Yoshi's horse racing manga? It's only 3 volumes. That being said I have no idea about the work that goes into translating a chapter let alone a volume ;A;'

Any hope on Yoshi's horse racing manga? It's only 3 volumes. That being said I have no idea about the work that goes into translating a chapter let alone a volume ;A;' Amakakeru Toki is a possibility we're considering. Unfortunately it is very dialogue-heavy, so it would likely not be the highest priority unless it got popular demand, but we may release a few chapters when we have less pressing projects, to see how it's received. Basically that one is kind of up in the air, but we do have a member who owns the series and is willing to scan it, so it's on the possibilities list.
