Paragon does the Sendspace link I posted a little above this work for you? That'd maybe help us narrow it down as a problem with the server. Also, did you try the Dropbox one, to make sure? We've had some trouble with our main one and other countries, that's being looked into.

I'd delete all of the failed files of the download, remove them from your recycling bin, and try again. Which link did you try? Our server or dropbox? Dropbox is the link option for when our server one doesn't work for certain IPs.

Edit: Oop, just saw Kit saved the day. But in the future, try that out and see if that narrows down the problem possibilies.
